One night stands - would you, could you, have you?

Lets` put the morality discussion aside for a moment. Feel free to comment on the blog set up for that.
I don`t believe that it`s healthy thing for anyone`s mental state to participate in one night stands. I`ve seen women destroyed, men feeling used and not a whole lot of happy stories about this. However, when I was on 702 / Cape Talk with Kieno Kammies and we opened this discussion, my views seemed to be very conservative.

1 I think the problem occurrs when one thinks its a long term relationship and the other is thinking ONS. If both parties are in for a quickie then whats the problem?

2 I have but I don`t think I would do it again. When it happens, I feel like I can do it and its just meaningless sex but afterwards I feel horrible- not even used - just dissappointed in myself.
